Together with tools to prioritise daily self-care practices, supporting emotional health and ensuring, as the healer in your home, you are taking care of yourself. Ditch & Switch will support areas of your life from the moment you wake up to the moment your eyelids shut and continue on right through the night, supporting restorative and healing sleep. Simple, switches integrated throughout the home will have a cumulative impact on your health and vitality, leaving your body and mind to flourish. Each week, one or two topics will be released with an educational training video along with accompanying comprehensive and beautifully presented eBooks with easy-to-follow recipes – all designed to easily transform your home. You will have all the ingredients, containers and supplies to be able to simply follow along to transition your home to low-tox, together with an understanding of the importance and how much more energised, lighter and clearer you will feel in your body and home. You will be able to replace a minimum of 40 products (package 1 & 2) in the home to ditch store-bought synthetic versions – from the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the laundry, to the bedroom – every area of your home and life. Active participation and implementing the learnings is necessary for successful completion of the course. And for you to experience the results available to you.
